This week Adam, John follow up with fellow podcaster Garrett Weaver on his 500$ Challenge bow he set up going into the 2019 season. Since the last time we had him on the podcast he has horse traded his way into a pretty nice setup, with which he has shot extensively in leagues well as hunting to include harvesting his first turkey with it.  We discuss what he has found both positive and negative while completing the challenge and the differences he has found in the different tiers of equipment.

This week Adam, John and Frank go over the happenings of the first 2 weeks of the turkey season.  Adam had a tag for the first week and John the second.  There were multiple birds called in however the they were unable to harvest a bird. They were able to film all of the hunts good and bad and learned  lot in the process.  Adam had two great opportunities that ended in a hit limb and a botched shot at 5 steps that yielded a dead decoy.  Great fun to record and rehash let us know what you think.

Bowhunter Chronicles Podcast Episode 52: Cody Rich – The Rich Outdoors

This week we talk with Cody Rich from the Rich Outdoors Podcast about western hunts for the first timer.
